         ·        Ball

All is set for a good night. Make sure you get there early to give Andrew a hand if he needs it.

·        Med Soc Charity Event

The first Thursday back after Easter. We will do this and sell some tickets. Shout Outs in Lectures required.

·        Equality Comedy Night Out- Might be a Laugh!!

If there is enough monies in the budget then we will look at doing this.

·        Sports Social

Denton Wilde Sapte £1000. Tuesday 17^th March. Chilli Whites. The captains and best players will receive awards and it will be a strictly sport players event.

·        Easter Social

Sports Café Downstairs. Wednesday 19^th April. Set to be a fantastic social and possibly move on to Gate Crasher afterwards. Rough Hill will do us a deal. Bucking Bronco?

·        Cricket Match and Debating Final

Amelie wanted them to be the same day so as to save Allen and Overy 2 trips up to Leeds. Looking at having it on the 29^th May 2009. Geoffrey Boycott can only do this day and most people will have finished exams so it should be ok. James and Sam will do the BBQ. Christian is doing some sterling work sorting it out and will allocate budgets to the relevant parts of the day.
