Agenda Items:

Update- Well done to all. We hit the target, approximately 220 new members- quite a few none-law.

Photo’s- Speak to Stew, get website sorted.
Halloween social- Joint with LUBS- NU Bar or bar Risa? Think we’ve decided NU Bar. £4000 approx behind bar. Theme is Saints vs Sinners.
Brussels- Definitely need more advertising.
Birmingham- Now we have sponsorship from DLA reduce the price of tickets to £25?? Alice make rota for selling tickets next week.
Sheffield- Ask for 300 theme, coach should be £7.50 each, create an event on facebook. Taking- 2 5-a-side football teams and 2 netball teams.
Plasma TV- NEEDS SORTING
Books- 12 o’clock fri 12^th can all 1^st year reps sort books, hand them out from next week. Burn any left?!?
Careers dinner/presentations- tickets for careers dinner on sale 2 weeks before. It’s on 6^th Nov. £10.
Honours Board- Addleshaw Goddard sponsoring-£350, all old committees.
Perhaps ask DLA or Walker Morris for trophy cabinet.
